Nolvadex + Arimidex*Need help*

Hi is this good first cycle?

Test Enan 1-5
Test Sustanon250 5-10

1 – 12 Nolvadex 10mg ED
1 – 12 L-dex .25mg ED

Start PCT 2 weeks after last Enan injection
Day 1 300mg Clomid / 20mg Nolva / .25mg L-dex
Day 2 - 30 100mg Clomid / 20mg Nolva / .25mg L-dex
Day 31 - 37 20mg Nolva / .25mg L-dex

Is it good to take Test Sustanon250 on the first cycle for week 5-10?

what are your stats? age, weight, time training, etc. dont switch from test e to sus mid cycle. just stick with test e for the whole ten weeks. pct looks good though.

why would you take nolva if you are using adex? no need, and no need for the adex unless symptoms show up (do have it on hand though)

Couldn't you also take an AI like arimidex to hinder the water retention? or if you know your prone to gyno and you just want to avoid that risk all together?

yeah you could, start low though, .25 eod and see how you go, up it .25 ed if necessary (should be enough for anyone). you dont want to wipe estro out altogether

low sex drive, joint issues, slower gains etc im not 100% sure of the mechanicals of it but those are common sides from low estro. basically, you dont want to upset the balance too much and the best way to find yours is start low and increase if necessary

hmmm... i wish i knew how that worked you would figure more test and less estro would give you that ummmffffffff that your looking for... hmm im going to try and find some stickies on low estro...

yes, but you still need some, whatever that 'some' is quantified at.

I am running aromasin eod it works amazing and it does not have the estro rebound that A-dex has in some cases. And if you are running an AI during cycle no need to use it for PCT. My PCT looks like this clomid 100/40/40/40/40 Nolvadex 40/20/20/20/20/20. have you though about HCG throughout your cycle? I run aromasin 10mg eod and HCG 250iu 2-3 times a week with the last 2 weeks 500iu 3x a week.

you could, but it would be a MUCH better idea to run the sust first then the enanthate.

test is test that will have nothing to do with it, keeping bloods stable is the goal.
