Deca and T400

Im about to start a cycle of deca and T400. I plan to mix them both together, but im not sure on the doses. Could someone tell me whats a good dose to start taking. Age 38, ht 5'11 wt 190 lbs. Cheers

I have about three weeks experience with this but I'm on the same thing. I take 400 test and 200 deca every 4 days. There just starting to make an impact but it's starting out pretty sweet. Gains coming in fast and no recovery time. Again Im new to this so I'd wait for someone with more experience to chime in. But I can say I'm happy with what I'm taking.
