Recovering injury
Hello all, new to the forums. Basically i am 28 years old and have been working out all my life, i've done two cycles in the past and have gotten great results, last going off i was at 240lbs and at 16% BF, i was quite happy with that. 5'11 by the way. I got into a pickle about 5 months ago,i was walking home from the gym and got hit by a vehicle ( appearently they never seen me ), any who i broke my leg and my back from the incident. I've been practically recovered past month now, i am just wondering how long i should continue working out natural before i should cycle up again. I know i got to work my way up again, but this was a very demotivational twist for me
