maybe was thinking quads as well as easiest to get to.. but want bigger arms?
94kg 12-13% 178cm and training 2.5 years started at 12% body fat and 67kg

21, have done heaps but have come to cross roads, as to whre that is all.. and was wondering if anyone had any ideas etc, im thinking quad though.. anything to watch 4?
Mate your too young for steroids. And your doing damage to your body taking steroids at this age. My advice is go to the diet forum and take yourself to the next level by getting onto a good diet.
