Im 32, 85KG, 5.8 Feet, Not sure of the BF% ,Not done much of a cycle only 6 ampules of Deca in 2003. Ive been working out since 2000 on and off and follow a very good diet paln which consists of 5 meals in total.

Well there is two injectable Winny and tablet winny are two different forms. The way you have asked this seems as if you have done little to no research.

Are you saying you want to inject your winny tabs?

I have only injectable winny. The cycle chart which i have received from my trainer states 30mg of winny to be taken daily from 1-40 days and then increase it to 50mg from 40-60 days.

you need to read more bro. You cant just inject something, winn will give you a limb dick, if taken by itself.
and if you cant figure out ml and mg you should not be touching steroids .
