37, 205lbs, 5'11", bf 14%, 3rd cycle

Deca and sustanon 10weeks and winstrol for last 6 weeks. Hcg for pct

Yes you can mix both in the same syringe,
Sounds like you may need work on your pct,
I'd also run the winny up to the start of pct,
