    Input on 1st Cycle

    Hello all,

    I am new hear, but have been doing a lot of research online about steroids because I am getting ready to start my 1st cycle. Although I have done my fair share of research it can't compare to getting some input from some real people that have been around the block. So just a little overview, I am 25 yrs old, 5'10, 168lbs, unknown bodyfat%, but I can tell you that I'm pretty lean. I have been working out for 9 yrs, but have been seriously lifting for 4 yrs. I just finished my first cycle of Prohormones. It was a 6 week cycle of Halotest-25 (2 weeks at 50mg/day, 4 weeks at 75mg/day) w/ Noestrogen, Liver Protection, and Post Cycle. I had pretty good results. I didn't gain much weight, but I definately got a lot more cut, hardened up, and stronger. My bench went from 225lbs max to 275 lbs max.

    Anyways I was just looking to get any input from you guys on my 1st real cycle. Like is it a good 1st cycle, recommendations on my workouts and diet, positives & negatives of my cycle, etc.

    So everything that I got was 2 vials of Test-E (2500 mg vials), 28 Anadrol50's, 30 50mg Clomid's, 5 pills of Letrozol (not sure of the mg, think they are 2mg), and a bottle of Milk Thistle for LP. I plan on running the Test-E for 10 weeks at 500mg per week, running the Anadrol at 50mg/day for the first 4 weeks of the cycle. After the cycle is complete, starting the Clomid 2 weeks after at 100mg/day for the first week and 50mg/day for the next 2 weeks. And only using the Letrozol in case signs of sides show.

    Other than looking for just basic input on the cycle I also have 2 questions. 1st question, being is that it is my understanding that I only need to take the Milk Thistle while taking the Anadrol. Is this correct or should I be taking it throughout the entire cycle? 2nd question, how long do I need to wait after my Post Cycle is complete for the PH's before I can start my real cycle? Thanks guys, looking forward to your input. Hope I didn't bore you with what I'm sure are simple questions to you guys.

    5'10 and 168lbs is a pretty big red flag that you're not doing something right.

    not a good first cycle. Drop the drol, i'd consider it a more advaned compound. From experience I'll say don't run drol you're first cycle. I'm 5'11 and my lean body mass was more than your total bodyweight before I ever started cycling. I'd say you're diet is lacking. How long have you been training?

    I started mildly working out when I was 16, but only started taking it seriously when I was about 21 or 22. So I've been seriously working out for about 3 years. I've never dieted accept for recently. I started dieting about 3 months ago and noticed a big change in my physique. I eat a lot more protein now and eat a lot cleaner, it has helped a lot.

    I would run from drol, especially on a first cycle, it is known to give gyno that just wont go away. it up-regulates estro receptors.

    I agree that you weight is light man.

    Sounds like you are making progress with your new eating habits, I'd continue on that way for a bit, build a decent foundation, then think about hitting a cycle.

    Thanks for the feedback guys. I really appreciate your input. D7M, I recently did a cycle of PH's and I think that, along with the new diet, is what has attributed to my new success. If you don't think my stats are up to par to start a first cycle, then what would be a good goal weight for me to reach before you would consider it prudent for me to start a 1st cycle? Also being as that you guys think that drol is to strong of an AAS for a 1st cycle, what would be a good oral to use to kickstart my first cycle while I'm waiting for the Test-E to kick in? Would D-Bol be better? Could I simply reduce the mg of drol and make it safer, like 25mg/day instead of 50/mg? And granted you don't think my stats are up to par, but if I were to do the cycle how long should I wait after the Prohormone PCT to start the AAS cycle? Perhaps I can reach my goal stats in the amount of time that is recommended to wait after PCT.

    AAS is used when you have reach the maximum that your genetic/body allow you, if you see no change during a month it is probobly the time

    A first cycle should be Test only. This is so you can accurately assess how your body reacts to a high concentration of hormones in your body. You don't need any orals whatsoever. Get your diet posted in the diet section, you have lots of room for improvement and you will be impressed how much food choices can change your entire physique. There is no "magic" number of how much you should weigh. But a decent base at 5'11 would be AROUND 180-190 pounds with LESS THAN 14% bodyfat. If you are unsure of your bodyfat as you progress, post pics in the member's pictures forum and they can often get a close guess (+/- 1%)
