proviron in pct?
I just read an old thread about PCT and it suggested using tribulis or proviron . I thought that proviron was a seroid and thus should suppress hpta resore, correct?
Thanks guys

some people will say it wont shut you down others will claim it does...So from what I have gathered its best not to do it.

Yah, it's shown to be slightly suppressive in some. I wouldn't use it in PCT either.

I've only ran two cycles. Neither PCT went well, last was better than the first. I believe my system just takes longer to get going again. I had blood work done about 6 weeks after the last cycle and test was still down to 170, worse yet FSH and LH levels were also low, which means my pituitary wasn't even trying to stimulate the testies to produce testosterone .
Guess what I'm asking for is help with a better plan for PCT.
I have used this both times
liquid stane while on cycle
clomid/nolva
100/100/50/50
40/40/20/20
t-bomb II

proviron is suppressive, IMO. there is a study floating around that i ran into the other day, showing that supposedly it is not. after reading some opinions on the study, it was pointed out to me that one of the quotes from the author was "when HPTA was of normal function, there was some suppression, while on the patients with a partially suppressed HPTA there was none". what does that even mean? and how could he even be so sure of that??? too many factors to even begin to try and decide "how suppressive it is", to relate it to real life. after reading that, the study goes out the window in my book.
trying to figure out how suppressive things are is useless IMO, as said before just too many factors to even begin to try and generalize. so i agre with the others in this thread, no way.

To make the long conversation short, there are MUCH better compounds than Proviron nowadays and one would be better off looking into them rather than Proviron.

You should add some HCG in ur PCT. That will help increase LH levels, which can help recovery post cycle.
as for provirion, i agree with all the above

I would suggest employment of Clomid and Nolvadex instead of Proviron for PCT.
Clomid 50/50/50/50 ED
Nolvadex 40/20/20/20/20/20 ED
I would not save HCG for PCT either. Run HCG during cycles at a dose of 250 i.u. E3D starting from the second week of your cycle to maintain regular testicular functions and that way your HTPA recovery is much faster and overall feasible. If you choose this path, HCG for PCT is not a neccessity anymore but only an option.
