First time cycling....need a little advice guys.
Hey fellas, need some help with my first cycle. I have done Sust 250, but only by itself. I'll be the first to admit I listened to a friend who didn't know what they were talking about.
Now I'm here for some real advice and help.
I'm thinking of starting this cycle.....
Deca 400mg 1-10 weeks
Testaviron 500mg 1-10 weeks
D-bol 30mg 1-5 weeks
Clomid 10mg a day for entire cycle
Nolvadex for 3 weeks post cycle
Let me know what you guys think, both pros and cons?
A couple of other questions I have....how should I take the Deca and Test? Can I put both in the same shot or do I need to take different shots? If so how many a week am I looking at?
I'm always a little confussed when it comes to breaking down the dosages as well. I have 3 ML syringes....how can I break that down from mg?
Thanks in advance guys....looking forward to getting some good feedback.Last edited by betleb; 05-09-2011 at 08:45 PM.

What are your stats and exactly what is your cycle history? What does hit some sust every now and then mean? Its a fairly solid cycle but needs some tweeks but we need to know all your stats to know if you will need all that gear or not

First cycle yes.....first time doing roids....No. I've done Sust 250 and got pretty good gains from that alone last year. Any and all advice is welcome.

6'3" 205 Looking for 20-40lbs over time. I know I will not gain this off of this stack alone, just trying to get a jump start to hit my goal.
I did Sust. 250 last year and gained a good 17lbs. Was on that for 10 weeks and was taking 3ml a week....1.5ml shot on Monday and 1.5ml shot on Thursday. Not sure what that breaks down to MG wise????? I can never remember the conversions.
Before that I honestly can't remember, it has been a while. I try to do research but I want definitive answers instead of trying to put other peoples stacks together.

Diet?....I'm pretty good with my protein intake. I usually hit a shake first thing in the morning, have a little apple sauce and dry oatmeal mixed. it a loaded pb&j sandwich for a snack with a little cottage cheese. Try to have a chicken breast and potato and a vegetable for lunch. Hit a small shake before I work out and then another right after. Have a good dinner consisting of a fish or chicken with a potato and vegetable.
Mind you....I work 12 hours a day when I'm on the road and not always around food. I work in the Nuclear Industry so when I'm in the building working, there is no food or water break. I always try to woof down an sandwich or shake before I go the building to work.

Sounds like you need to go to diet section first bud you will not gain without proper eating habits. Way to many shakes you need to get more real food in your system. You need to eat loads more especially on cycle and not eating for 12 hours is awful you need food during that time 2.5 to 3 hours is best.

Understand real food, I try like hell to go that route but sometimes it's just more convienent for me to throw down a quick shake. I don't go 12 hours without eatting....I just work 12 hour days. The typical length in time when I can't eat is usually 3-4 hours, twice a day. That's when I'm in the building. And thats when I typically throw down a shake or a sandwich really quick. Other than that I eat my ass off, always getting called out at work for constantly eating and not gaining a pound, lol.

Not trying to discourage you here chief, but doing a cycle is just going to be pointless for you. More than likely, any gains you get will be lost within a month of coming off your cycle because of your diet. Shakes are not meant to be meal replacements. Apple Sauce & Sandwhichs are significantly less than optimal food choices for a bodybuilding diet. I understand what you mean when you say you work 12 hour shifts, but I'd strongly encourage you to figure out a way to eat more frequently. Head over to the diet section, post your meals and your predicaments and they will help you out. I can already tell that your diet will need a bit of work. It's not just about how much you eat, but also what you eat, and when you eat it, and you have inferior food choices.
