    first proper cycle

    hi am new to this forum , just wundered if u guys can tell me if this short cycle is ok ???
    stats:age 29
    height 189cm/6ft3
    weight 86kg
    bf 12%
    I have taken rip blend and test before but only small doses for a short time

    This is how it looks: tren ace 1/2ml eod
    test blend 1ml twice a wk
    only running this for 4 wks

    pct : clomid and nolva , start 2 wks after last jab

    Started this cycle 4 days ago , what do u guys think ???? thanks

    What are the dosages on the compounds? Milliliters measure volume, nothing else. What exactly is in that test blend?

    As for the cycle... You're 6'3" and whole 190 pounds. You really should be heavier to consider cycling. Makes me think you either have zero experience or are doing things all wrong in regards to diet and/or training. Looking at that layout it would seem you have little knowledge of AAS as well.

    If you wanna do first proper cycle then stick to test bro.. and like Ernsthatangst said you must get heavier by hard training and diet... get to around 205/210 then consider a cycle.. and forget about Tren ....

    Thanks for your reply , I'll post the info of the gear later when I'm at home. It's more of a first proper course than a cycle , sorry my mistake , not planning of doing anything else after this.
    I've been training for nearly 3 yrs and had some good gains. I've transformed my body and dropped bf and built some quality muscle. My diet is not bad ie.
    7.30 : porridge
    Lactose free semi skim milk
    1 scoop of whey
    8.00 : black coffee
    10.30 8 scrambled eggs
    2 slices wholemeal bread
    12.30:150-200g of chicken or beef
    Rice,salad,or wholemeal bread
    Nuts
    3.00 : 2 scoops of whey
    Handful of nuts
    4.00 : pre-wrkout drink
    5.00 : train weights 45 min
    Cardio 20 mins
    5 days a wk
    6.30 : 2 scoops of whey
    Teaspoon of dextrose
    8.00: example : salmon , sweet potato broccoli green beans
    10.30: 1 scoop of whey or cottage cheese or almond butter
    This is an example of my average day .

    Info of the gear : tren ace : each ml CONTAINS
    100mg/ml
    test blend :each ml CONTAINS
    300mg/ml
    100mg test propionate
    100mg test enthanate
    100mg test decanate
    so it would look like this : tren ace 50mg/ml eod for 4 wks
    test blend 300mg/ml every monday n 300mg/ml every thursday for 4 wks
    pct : clomid and nolva start 2 wks after last jab

    Please can u guys tell me if this is ok?

    4 weeks is silly IMO, takes 3 weeks for me to really get the tren kicking. besides test alone would be fine for this cycle

    this is all just sooo wrong.. 4 weeks is short for an oral cycle let alone a cycle with test blend.. why so short?? leave the tren till your next cycle

    I agree you need to run much longer than that. And up your ace alot. Like 75mg ed or 150 eod
