New cycle advice or opinions needed

    Hey guys

I am just starting my new cycle which I am going to run for ten weeks and was just looking some thoughts and opinions on it.

Cycle is var, test prop, tren ace and Dbol.

Currently running 100mg of var daily.
    25mg of Dbol.
1 mil of test prop and 1 mil of tren ace mixed in same syringe injected every 3 days.
Also have hcg, clomid and nolva to hand encase they are required but not intending to run any of them until week 7 or 8 onwards. How does my cycle sound?

    Thanks

    Ch0pp3r

I'm coming 27 and have been training since I was 17 with breaks in between but have been hard at it every week for the past 2 years and I feel like I have hit the wall training wise even though I shock my system every 4 to 6 weeks. Looking to tighten up in all areas and to gain some moderate strength gains and to lose the body fat I am carrying to get a more ripped look. Diet is inconsistent but mainly just protein and good carbs and intend to be very strict and up my cardio daily while on this cycle

Go to diet section and get that tight before you think about the use of AAS.

Lower it to 12/13%... As Tlee said.. go to diet section... it will help you to get down to that bf...

I already have researched the diet section on various sites and have got my diet and meal plans already worked out for starting this cycle. With my previous cycle and job (worked nightshift) it was very hard for me to keep to a good eating plan and in the end eating crap was easier. Now that I'm on day shift I have my meal plans all worked out and although I am limited to what I can eat it will be a lot easier to stick to

Well if you have researched properly you know that the cycle begins way before your first injection you have to have lower body fat or you will run into estrogen problems. Go post your diet in diet section let the guys critique it their and get that b/f% down.

Don't get me wrong I'm not arguing or contradicting what is sound advice that I have been giving. I know that I have to get my body fat down. I was just wanting opinions on the cycle that I was going to run. Is it to much, or to little or does the Dbol need to be removed? My friend ran the same cycle and he's a power lifter that I would train with occasionally and he recommended it but it sounds to me to be to much and for to long?

The cycle you were going to run is garbage especially for a new user of AAS. 2 oral compounds and 2 inject compound when you do not have a clear idea of how you will react to one of those compounds does that make sense. If your bf% was lower and diet was proper and your training was proper than using a single compound TEST for first cycle would be the best way to go and HCG if it is needed on cycle it is needed on cycle same with an AI that you havent mentioned since your bf% is to high to begin with. More research bud and it starts with diet section.....

Thank you thats what I wanted to know. Intending to consume about 3200 calories a day. 320G protein 320g carbs and about 70g fat. As I said earlier I am limited to what I can eat so will be going back to basics so I will be aiming to consume only low GI carbs where possible to moderate or high in some circumstances if I get fed up eating the same stuff. Berries Apples BarleyPears Asparagus Black beans All lettuces All bran cereals Whole grain breads Whole grain pastas Wild rice Organic milk Organic plain yogurt Fresh vegetable juice Grapefruit juice Green tea Water Grapes Watermelons Mangos Kiwis Carrots Corn Brown rice Oatmeal Most pastas. Typical daily diet of meal one - 2 cups of oats with skimmed milk. meal two - two slices of wholegrain bread Peanut butter and an apple. Meal 3 - lean meat with either brown rice or pasta with broccoli or some kind of veg. Meal 4 - salmon steak and a sweet potato. Pre work out protein shake With one cup of uncooked oats and post work out protein shake. If hungry before bed either some whole grain toasted bread or some left over rice and pasta

This is not my first time on gear though. I have ran test for 8 weeks on a previous cycle and also ran parabolan with test for 8 weeks on a different cycle. This is what I was originally wanting opinions on as I thought that the cycle was far to much and sounded very liver toxic. As for an AI I have letro but as I didn't need it for my previous parabolan test cycle I didn't mention it

This diet you posted is garbage post it in diet section let the people their help you completly renovate it. 2 cups of oatmeal and skim milk where is the protein. Your diet is so far off bud do not use AAS a complete waste of time with a diet like that seriously. You have barely any protein until meal 3 does that make any sense to you ?

That is not a very good diet...Especially while cycling...Age? Weight? Bf%? Height?

  23. #23
Nevermind found it above....Yeah, I would say drop some more bf before you start your cycle....Here is a good sample diet for you...

    macros-

    Protein - 290 grams
    Carbs - 200-250 grams
    fats - 70 grams

    Working off those macros...

Meal #1 - Oats and egg whites

Meal #2 - Chicken and veggies (No carb) 1 T**Essential fatty acids

Meal #3 - Extra lean ground turkey and veggies

    (Pre-Workout)
Meal #4 - Chicken and yams

    (Post Workout)
Meal #5-Whey protein shake and oats

Meal #6 - Fish Tilapia and essential fatty acids

cheers for the advice guys i will do as you advised and post in the diet section

  25. #25
I would also do Fasted morning cardio 30-45 min...

This diet would stay pretty much the same while on cycle except protein, carbs, and fats would all be higher....Protein 350 grams, Carbs 350-400 grams, fats 100 grams...And carbs would be in every meal except maybe last meal....

I tend to go higher on protein but everyone is different...Same with carbs as well...So there would most likely be adjusting along the way
