Alot of athletes are using HGH to improve their athletic performance as well as combining it with other aas and AI's to improve strength. I know 25 is the accepted age to start using gear but what age would it be safe to start using HGH? I am 20 and have been considering it for a while but what negative or long term side effects would I possibly face?
Better info is in the hgh forum but I think 30 is the recommended starting age for hgh. Sorry mate.

I tend to not put an age on things unless your really young but I do agree you don't need HGH below about 30 unless you are a high level BB competitor.
I would say even a little higher. I dont think HGH starts diminishing until late 30s, early 40s same as test.

it would be more advantageous for someone to learn about growth hormone stimulation rather than actually using HGH at your age. look into GHRH/GHRP.

HGH has side effects like everything else in this world, I could not find any specific research on the potential "harm" that people are talking about. The closest I came to finding long term side effects was one statement that said the pituitary gland becomes "lazy" and will produce less growth homones. Obviously this will occur besause of homeostasis in the body just like how T levels shut down while on aas but is this really a permanent side effect I mean it does happen to everyone who uses HGH right? Could you not use some kind of a PCT for your growth hormones? at least a good diet and a natural test booster until they were back to around average? Please can someone send me a link or something?
I can post information where some believe that HGH therapy, due to the effect on IGF-1 can have potential negative implications. so it is out there.
You are just going to keep fishing for use of AAS/HGH DIET BRO....... If you focused your attention on diet like you are on HGH and AAS you would be doing fantastic.Quote:

per your question above on the negative effect of using HGH at a young age is your body will stop producing it naturally and may not start again. The pro bodybuilders do it because it's their living. They know they are in it for life and no turning back once you get to that point or use certain compounds.
Good question as I would like to know as well. I would also like to know the difference between HGH and GHRP/GHRH peptides in terms of once use of these compounds is stopped what feedback loop the body takes to return to homeostasis? I know w/ HGH the body becomes "lazy" and doesn't produce as much GH as before use (considering age), but are GHRP/GHRH peptides the same? I would assume not as I have read you can run them as long as you can afford to w/ pretty much no negatives...is this true?Quote:

To add on to what was already said, you need a lot more dedication to do HGH as well compared to just a regular 8-14 week cycle. It takes ~ 6 months just for it to kick in start gaining benefits. That means you need to be actively training and dieting properly for those 6 months too. Not to mention it's fairly expensive, and you need to continue doing well when stopping HGH.
In either case, work on your diet and you will be happy with the natural gains :).
