    AAS and Constipation?

Could the use of aas cause constipation? Or could it be the change in diet. Currently taking andro 275 2x a week, 550 mg total. I have completely changed my diet and try to consume a gram of protein or more per pound of body weight per day. Any thoughts?

all that protein most likely means little fiber. Get a fiber supplement and It will soften up or just start eating more foods with fiber in it like oats, beans etc

Its most likely your diet. Have some METAMUCIL 2x per day.
