Whats up everyone,

first up stats:
weight: 205 lbs
height: 5' 10
age: 28
years training: 8
cycle history: 1rst one

I am between my 4th and 5th week of a 12 week cycle of Test E at 500 mg/week (split into 2 pins: mond/thu). My PCT will start 2 weeks after my last pin, I have Nolva on hand ( and thanks from advice from mods here, will be trying to get some clomid, which was highly suggested).

My diet is around 250 grams of protein ( chicken, beef, eggs,etc.) , 300 grams of carbs (rice, bread, oats, etc) and 100 grams of fat (olive oil,natural pb, etc.)

= 3100 cals give or take

My training consists of day 1-Upper power
day 2- Lower power
day 3- rest
day 4 - shoulder and back hypertrophy
day 5- lower hypertrophy
day 6- chest and arms hypertrophy
day 7- rest

I'm sure most of you have heard of Lyane Norton's PHAT routine, well thats what it is.

Now for my question: halfway through my 4th week , i am definetely noticing some strength gains in my heavy compound lifts ( squat, deads, bench), and recovery and DOMS seems to have improved, but in regards to how i look and feel, im not seeing a huge difference. Maybe because this is my first cycle, and from what i've read over the years, i'm expecting too much? I was expecting a significant jump in size, and to feel like "superman" as they all say. My libido is good, but nothing out of the ordinary ( im not walking around all day with a wood). The only difference i notice in my body composition is water bloat.

Is my diet sufficient? Or can i assume im not eating enough calories? Does this "kick-in" time normally fall in the 4th to 6th week? Am i expecting a miracle? I'm assuming my gear isn't bunk, because like i mentioned my strength has jumped up , and i highly doubt it's the placebo effect.
