    Clen Cramps....Need Dosage help with Supplements...

    I am on day 3 and I am 60mcg going up 20 mcg a day until I hit 120mcg. And I am using Keto as well, right now I am at .5mg but tomorrow I go up to 1mg etc...
    I am already starting to experience light cramps in my forearms, hands and feet. I want to get down the right amount of Taurine, Potassium and Magnesium that I can take to combat this without doing any extra damage to my liver etc (I am on Liv 52 as well).

    So I am currently taking:
    Taurine- 500mg (3 tabs)
    Potassium-99mg (1 Tab)
    Magnesium Citrate-400mg (2 tabs)

    What amounts is it safe to take these supplements to in order to help prevent cramping? And when I do that should I up my Liv 52 dosage to compensate? I am also drinking about a little over a gallon of water a day.
    I am going to get some Pedialyte to help with rapid Potassium replacement as well. I am also eating one banana a day.

    i was taking 1000mg's taurine and 500mg's potassium and also lots of water and a supplement like gatorade but without all the crap in it thats good for hydration

    Increase Taurine. Make sure to consume at least a gallon of water a day. I noticed the higher my water intake the less and less I had cramps. I have been up to 160mcg with 1500mg of Taurine and a gal of water with absolutely no cramping.

    i've went as high as 5-6 grams a day of taurine before the cramps stopped

    From the research i've done it says 1.5-2 gallons of water a day, low carb high protein diet, and as scotty said up to 5g or more of taurine stepping up slowly to desired results.

    I just upped the Taurine to 1g and I upped the potassium to 500mg and I have been drinking over a gallon a day. But I just added Pedialyte to the help with fluid and potassium replacement..

    You think next time around it might be more beneficial to run primobolan in a sustanon cycle (as a cutting cycle) to help with lean muscle mass gains and cut fat?

    I am obviously going to see how this all turns out with Clen , just curious if primo is better...?

    I've been doing 5g taurine and 400mg potassium daily for the last 30 days (dosages ranging from 20 to 160mcg) and have had no cramping sides.

    dont forget when ur drinking that much water and sweating your not replacing the salts and stuff so your increasing the risk of cramps too
