IM 22 , 6,3ft AN 181 POUNDS.
AM THINKING ON TAKING SUS AN DECA , NEVER DONE IT BEFOUR
FUW OF MY MATE HAVE ,
I WANT AS MUCH INFO AS POSS !!
ITS A 6 WEEK COURSE .
OF SUS 200 AN DECA , WHAT SHOULD I TAKE FIRST AN WHEN ??

I READ ALOT ON PCT AN THINGS AM NOT TO SURE WHAT ITIS ,
BUT DO I NEED IT AN WILL THINGS BE OK WITHOUT IT ?

SO IF ANYONE COULD GIVE ME BIT OF INFO ON THIS

Sure,
1-Don't know how to do it? don't do it.
2-22 is to young, no one will help you, grow naturally,
3- do some research.

6 weeks of deca? Dont you know that deca takes a minimum of 5-6 weeks to show results? this is a horrible cycle...

by your stats, I can tell you that you have not done much serious training or eating up till this point. You dont appear to have built a solid base so this is a complete waste...

please dont cycle till you do a ton more research... and this doesnt mean having someone tell you what a good cycle is. You need to understand what the compounds you are injecting into your body are actually doing
