    T-3 for men and women

Coming off the winter hibernation and i am going to give Cytomel (T-3 )
I have not had much luck trying to find what a ggod staring dose is... (for men and women) when I search it tells me not enough letter to accurately search hopefully someone in here can answer for me quick

    Starting doe for men?:
    Starting dose for Women?:
    How often for doses:?

I know it is a 3 week on/off schedule but have found nothing on half life or dosing..
Thgink I read something about 75-100mcg a day for men.. I am guess 1/4 of that for women??
More info would be great thanks

Just start off low (25mcg) and ramp up every few days until you start going too flat.

I started my gf on 25mcg and might up it to 50mcg in week 3. This is the first I have heard about 3 on/off schedule. I thought t3 was safe to run for 6 weeks straight?

no need to cycle off t3, run it straight through with an increasing dose dependent on what side effects you get.

I personally wouldn't take t3 unless I was on cycle

Agreed^^ some people have ran t3 for years. some run it even longer. depends if you have a med condition.
T3 is catabolic but search about this some say keeping protien high and low amounts of cardio and your fine off cycle, as far as muscle loss goes.

You are correct as far as t3 being catabolic, but I believe at a low dose (25-50mcg) its catabolic effects are over hyped. What many people don't realize is t3 increases protein synthesis, as anything that increases BMR does. So w/ a high protein intake (carbs also will help) I believe a low dose of t3 (25-50mcg) isn't catabolic. Now at 100mcg that's a different story!
