    Is this a good cycle?

    weeks 1-4 d-bol
    weeks 1-8 testo sustanon 350
    weeks 6-8 winstrol
    pct nolva and clomid for 3 weeks but keeping nolva on hand for itchy nips

    5'11 170lbs 8.9% bf been training for about four years. it was mostly for a sport though. this would be my first cycle. looking to get into bodybuilding for serious competitions around my early to mid 20's

    this tells me you are now in your late teens..

    your stats also reflect that you sould put on at least another 30lbs naturally.

    i recommend you do some research in the diet section.. you are not eating enough or you just plain aren't eating right..

    Eat more chicken.. Chic-fill-a love that cow!! yea buddy eat a lil more. Hit the diet section. if you are 9% bf then I would bulk up maybe gain some bf% 1-2% if you eat clean and you"ll be weight ready soon. I like the idea of 190 -200+ pounds precycle. Age.. idk bro not gonna get much help unless you drop a number mid twenties cmon now. wtf is that.

    thank you for the information,everyone. and yes i know that i am young. and i did use the diet section and have been for the last month, and it only changed my diet in a minor way. but i usually did a lot of cardio so i am lean and have been trying to bulk for the past 1 1/2 years and haven't been gaining much more wait and that is why i am looking at gear.
