Help with pct doseage

I am in week6 of a 10 week cycle of 500mg/week of enanthate and 7weeks of 50mg/day winstrol i had great results with all of my goals and i am not finnished yet.

my question is about my PCT, i ordered liquid tamox (novla) from the AR banner above. I am unsure of what dose i should take /how often/how long.

Edit: that would be 40mg's a day for a week

40 next week

20mg's 3rd weeks

20 last week

should i start the tamox on week 11?....i am in week six and plan to be done at week 10.
i havent done my homework on pct so its ok to talk to me like i am stupid! lol

enanthate has an active life of 15 days so you could start roughly 2 weeks after your last shot
