Third Cycle - please let me know your thoughts

Third Cycle
Hi everyone,
I made a post earlier where I had wanted some info on what someone was suggesting I do (as I had suspected was not a good idea). I was now hoping to get some input on what I would like to do.

Stats:
Ht = 5'6"
Wt = 186
BF = 14%
Age = 28

Cycle
T400: 600mg per/w
Eq: 500mg per/w
Winstrol @ 50mg, ed

PCT

Arimidex @ .25mg ed x 4 weeks
Clomid @ 100mg ed x 2 weeks, 50mg ed x 2 weeks
and not sure about HCG thinking 250iu x 2 per/w 4 weeks before the end of cycle (not sure if its needed from what I've been reading)

Any and all info is appreciated.

note my past cycles have included test E and test Cyp, Dbol and to be honest in my first venture which was very uneducated move, I can remember what I used but I know I have never had any negative reactions or sides.

HCG should be during cycle at 250-500 iu 2x week, and 1000iu the first day of PCT. Dont need armidex for PCT, clomid takes care of blocking the inhibition of estrogen. Get some tamox/nolva/tore in there for ur PCT. 40/40/20/20 tamox/nolva (120/120/60/60 for tore)

also instead of the 1000iu of HCG at the start of PCT, try to get some Triptorelin. One dose at start of PCT is it and that good.

How long is your cycle lengths per compound?

I plan on running the Test and EQ for 12 weeks along with the winny for eight weeks. It looks like most people suggest staying with winny for around the six to eight week mark with some people going a lot longer. I am more concerned about my liver so I figured I'd rather stay on the safe side.

I agree, to see significant results from EQ you need high dosages, long cycles, and low BF. You can get better much better results for less money in a shorter time frame with several other compounds.

more effective? thats a little understated... how about replace it with "something useful"

OP, after 2 cycles you should assess your diet and training cause you are still very light.

Be careful as most T400 is very painful.

I think a basic cycle is the best way to go at this point. Do it right, make sure your diet is on point and see what real results look like before stacking 2 compounds and using more gear than you need.

Your asking about what to do for third cycle. You don't remember what you did for first cycle. You have used test e,c and dbol.

What was your dose for your secound/first cycle. what were your gains? diet? With this info, everyone could give you real advice.
