best times to inject?

just wondering when the best times to inject t400 would be? im doing a 10 week cycle at 1cc per week, i heard of people spliting up the dosage and doing 2 pins per week in sted of one. I go to the gym monday tuesday thursday and friday, i do abs saturday nothing intense and rest the other two days.

Its not a bad idea to split it 2x per week.

I agree as well.. equal split and always after shower... keep it clean, clean... you dont ever want an infection.... I had one once and once was enough... I am fanatical about being sterile...

same here.. I also have amps which is a little worse when it comes to germs... I always spray my bathroom down with Lysol 10 minutes before hand..

I wash my hands like crazy.. I use a razor blade to score the side of the amp.. I wipe the blade with alcohol.

I wipe the amp with alcohol. Im super anal with making sure things are clean.. But whats funny.. I don't shower first.... It won't hurt and probably help a little.. but its not necessary or required to be sanitized.. After all, we wipe the area with alcohol wipes.. Plus, when you go to a DR or hospital, they don't ask if you showered, lol.. They wipe with alcohol..
