So, I want to start a new cycle in August but want to start planning now. If you see my previous thread http://forums.steroid.com/showthread...cycle-question, I like to have a schedule and doing it every other day would be nice. I definitely want to do more than I was doing. I feel the last cycle was messed up.
Here are some of my stats:
I am 24, been training since I was in college, 140, 5'7, not sure of my body fat. What I want to obtain: I want to be more cut not huge, but ripped. Like the guy from Fantastic Four, fire guy - that kind of ripped. Very toned.
I have a very good diet, I eat 4-6 meals a day and no medical conditions. According to my goals what do you recommend I take and how to create a schedule?
