    keto, 1 ml per day or per week???

    I have been getting 2 different opinions on how to take keto on my thrid week on clen . Some say 1ml a day, some say 1 ml a week.

    can anyone clarify which is true. 1 ml a day seems alot.

    1ml/day and take at night because it will make you drowsy.

    definitely take keto ed, once a week will do nothing. How is the clen working for you?

    I meant to say 1mg/day. However, Ar-r 's ketotifen is dosed at 1mg/ml so 1ml/day would also be correct.
