    When to take clen?????????

    Can any of you guys please tell me what time of day is best to take my daily dosage of clen ???

    i take 3-4 first thing in the am then 1 an hour till im done..

    I take mine at 5:30am when I am getting ready to go to the gym and then again at 5pm.
