First Cycle but prone to Gyno

Gyno Surgery done, now I have a flat chest, I need muscle oh yeah!

    So thinking

week 1-12 Arimidex (.5 mg because prone to gyno naturally) weening off gradually
    week 1-12 Test E (500 mg /twice wk)
    week 14-16 Clomid PCT

Reason for Clomid instead of Nolva is BP only offers Clomid.

    Oh Yeah,

    Age: 22
    Weight: 217
    BF: 15%
Workout off and on since h.s.

Instead of Test E is there something I can juice to not have a chance of gyno or being prone it doesnt matter?

Gyno is unfortunately always a risk. For you I would pay extra attention to it. You may want to sue a little less Arimidex maybe .25mg daily or .5mg EOD. Also arimdiex is good to use during pct too.

I would recommend the same .25mg daily but certainly pay attention to your symptoms.

Thanks guys, I'm putting in the order today. I guess a 50 pack would be more then enough.

If you had pubertal gyno, then you should take Nolva. its site specific and IMO better suited for pubertal gyno. using a AI would be good if you having higher than normal test levels, and dont have gyno naturally.

    Thanks Lemonada9,
I just resurfaced a 3 year old post. I did all my research so I have been set since I was 22. Now, of a good age to go, Im ON.

Pumped iron, gained some great weight, I wish my diet would have been in check. I fell in love with beer and pizza. I had plenty of time to reseach what I was going to do though.

Oddly, I agree with the lemon rookie's reasoning.
I'd recommend either Letro (preferable) or Nolva with your future cycles especially if they contain harsh orals or Nors, in order to better control your estro levels.

A-dex works well for some (the more sensitive), but poorly for others, go with the gusto!
