    anybody here use insulin ?

    what are your regimes,,, how low do you keep your bloodsugars?

    Ummm...the guy is a diabetic and has been using insulin for quite some time it appears. Another fine example of what happens when we rush to judge.

    While this is being moved to the HGH/Slin forum, I actually really like Humalin R, but the way to take Humalin is PRE workout, not post.

    I too like prework out humulin R. take a couple rice cakes to the gym to keep glucose stable. great recovery.
