nolva during cycle

Ive got good access to some pharm grade nolva right now... altho i understand that an AI is a much better choice for running during cycle to combat gyno, how could i utilize nolva instead... ie dose/frequency etc.

10mg/ED is a good preventative dose.

What's your planned cycle?

yea what is the cycle? I like to use an ai like liquid exemestane during cycle, and save the nolva for pct.

i'm using 60mg winni/ED and 600mg test C/EW.... when should i start taking the nolva... week 3 or 4... or should i wait till i notice some puffy nips or something?

I would still use an AI but if you insist with the NOLVA 10-20mg daily is a good prevent range.

when do you begin to use the nolva tho...? if for preventative purposes am i correct to assume using it right away, or a couple weeks in when the test is active, or when i start to notice first signs of gyno?
