    Golden Flazseed is the Sh*t

Literally, I dont know if I took to much or what but I mixed I tea heaping teaspoon in with my 1 scoop of protein drink and 1 teaspoon of BCAA's and 1 hr later my stomach was not happy. 2 hrs later it was time to visit the john, 3 hrs later it was back and for to the john and lots of gas and bloating.

After a few hours things settled down but my stomach has felt bad all day. I'm thinking no ore flax or very little for me.

Anyone have an experience like that?

Hmmmm I really cant associate it with anything else. I felt fine before. Gave me a lot of bloating, gas and spent quality time on the camode. Very distinct aroma of the Flaxseed also. TMI LOL

I still feel full/bloated but the gas is not as bad 14 hrs later. I know if I drink to much protein I also get gas. I stick will just less than 1 scoop and 1hr+ before the gym or just after.

I read some people experience exactly what I had. I may try it again in a few days but it will be only a sprinkle next time. lol
