    First Cycle Which Would You Recommend

    Age: 27
    weight: 64kg
    Hight:5.5f
    Bodybuilding: 2year
    Train: 5 - 6 Days A Week.
    With no cardio
    Trained by competing bodybuilders.

    Diet As Follows:

    7:00am MEAL #1 1 Cup of Oats + 8 Egg whites (1 cup)
    Fish Oils

    10:00am MEAL #2
    270g Tuna + Sweet Potato or Rice/pasta/ + Vegetables
    or 250g Steak + “
    or 180g Chicken + “
    1:00pm MEAL #3 Same as Meal #2 + Multi Vitamins

    4:00pm MEAL #4
    Same as Meal #2

    5:30pm PRE-TRAINING SUPPS
    BCAA/AAKG/CAFFEINE SHOT

    6:00pm TRAINING

    7:30pm POST-TRAINING SUPPS
    Protein Wpi+ Extra Carbs + BCAA

    9:30pm MEAL #5
    Same as Meal #2

    10:30pm MEAL #6
    6 Egg Whites + 2 Yokes + Vegetables

    Also fruit Included through out the day.

    Started Diet about a month ago. Before the diet I would sometimes get in 5 meals but mostly 4 + shake..I plan to gain more natural mass see how i go toward the end of the year! maybe postpone the cycle and carry on natural.

    Just need help on which cycle to start with

    Test Enf and Dbol 12weeks
    OR
    add Deca To This?

    I keep hearing and reading about how deco helps maintain your gains and is important. Iv even been told this in person.

    at 64kg = 140lbs right? I'm not sure if you've reached your peak there, but that's not in the scope of what I want to say. A first cycle should be testosterone only. Probably a longer ester one too! You should also keep the dose low enough (in your research you should figure what a good dose for somebody your height and weight is for a first time) that you make your gains while keeping the side-effects to a minimum. You want to avoid throwing in other drugs until you know how this drug will react on you.

    You said Dbol and test e for 12 weeks? You probably need to re-evaluate taking an oral for that long. the test E is okay though.

    I dont think honestly that i have reached my peak yet. Im patient and will stick to the diet till the end of the year or even longer depending on the results Im also going to tweak the diet as i go along.

    This is what I had in mind. 12wks Cycle
    Testosterone Enanthate 400mg/EveryWeek 200mgMonday/200mgFriday
    Dianabol 20 mgs/Eachday for 4 weeks.

    Throw another question at you if I may
    What,s your thoughts on test E and test Prop for a first cycle which of the two would you recommend, now Iv done my research and I was wondering what you think about the two for first time user.

    as much as i love prop id stick to the test e and see how you take to twice a week injections cus as you know prop should be injected ed or eod and the pain might make training a bitch imho....also if you go with the test e id inject monday morning and thursday evening so your doing it every 3.5 days...consistency is key...

    I think you want to pin Monday Morning say 730am and then Thursday Nights at 730pm to give an even 3.5 day split.

    agreed.. just run the test e.. you can throw in a small bit of dbol to kick start it if you wish.. but best to leave the deca alone until next time.

    Thanks all for comments.... Im looking to getting the best gains as i can out of this first cycle. Just to let you know im looking at competing sometime next year if im ready and am pursuing bodybuilding. I have a cycle plan given to me by a friend ex-bodybuilder, which i will post up soon but would like to see what others recommend?
