Was in the gym for about two years and then i sustained a knee injury from softball which kept me out of the gym 7 1/2 months(tore acl,mcl,pcl, meniscus)
I got back in the gym January of this year, I had run a cycle back in the winter of 2010 test e 500mg, and tren 75mg eod but lost it all in during my recovery. I am extremely anxious to get back on, but I want to make sure i do it right.. Meals are clean 6 a day 4liters of water a day and 8oz of black coffee..
Looking to run:
Deca 400mg week 2-14
Test E 500mg week 1-16
Arim on hand for Gyno
Clomid and nolva pct..
