    Quick Question Please!

    I just finished my 2nd cycle of Winstrol . I was on for about 8 weeks and made great gains. I went from 155 to 172 lbs. Body fat % at about 17%. I'd like to drop it down so I purchased Spiropent tabs and I'm taking 5 a day. Is that an ok amount to take? I don't feel any weeziness... but I was taking 4 Stacker 3's a day before I started the Clen . I'm no longer taking Stackers.... and I started the clen late last week. I just hope that this will lean me out pretty quick.. I can see veinsin my shoulders, chest, arms, and calves now. I just want to get to about 14-15% BF...

    Im sure that dose of clen will be fine as long as you can handle the sides.

    Hey Jenna! If thats u in ur avatar id say ur less then 17% bf? Have u ever had ur bf checked? To answer ur question, with clen u need to up the dose eod till u get the shakes. Once u get the shakes back off one tab and see how that is for u. I recommend running 2 weeks on 2 weeks off so ur body doesnt get used to the clen. What does ur clen look like? Are they little white tabs with a line on one side and a "C" on the other? Hope i helped somewhat?

    It has a white line on one side and it looks like an "R" on the other...
    That pic is me in my avatar, but that's before my 2 cycles of winny. I was about 140 lbs. there. I'm 30 heavier now... but it's mostly muscle gains...

    I'm going to keep taking 5 a day. My back is burning through my shirt right now, so hopefully they're working!! Thanks!

    Wow!! Thanks for the compliment!! I had my BF tested with calipers. It was back in August when I had it done. I haven't had it done since this last cycle... that was just an estimate. Maybe I'll get it checked tonight at the gym, but they do it with calipers.

    My avatar was taken at 140lbs.. before ever taking AAS. I've gained 30 since and two Winny cycles...

    Ah I see.. Are you looking to compete? I'd say 30 pounds is a hell of a lot of weight gain for a female.. Especially a lean 30 pounds... Also, are you planning on stacking the Clen with ECA?? I've read that Clen/ECA cycles can be quite effective when dropping the BF

    Yea, I'm actually pretty big for a girl now...
    I'm on Spirpent clenbuterol now - taking 8 pills a day. I'm trying to lose like 10 pounds to get to 160 or maybe 155. I don't want to loose too much muscle in the process. I'm going to take pics this weekend.....

    You should be fine on the clen with those dosages, just run it till you get the shakes then back off. Find your threshold and then run it. I have read that the spriropent clen is not that good but me personally have never taken them. Others have said they have got up to 200mcg with no sides but those were guys also.

    Yeah, drop the 10lbs because then i will weight more than you Palme gave me a complex the other day: j/k!!

    I admin clen differently and to me it is more effective that a 2 week on 2 week off.
    Me and my girl
    Will start with 3 tabs and add one for 5 days then take 2-3 days off and start the process again.
    I believe the body's tolerance to the dosage is directly affected by ones metabolic rate so you could clime indefinitely because you are raising that rate per session of activity... of course with sides.
    I take for a 4 week period 5 days on 2 days off... during aerobic exercise
    During weight training I will consume five a day and administer 2 while walking in the gym and dose the other three through out work-out...
    I never clime when using for weight training and I feel the intensity of the workout is greatly help with the easy of breathing due to the clen.
    Every one may have a different approach with Clenbuterol
    The thing to look at is your diet... I know my fiancé while leaning will reduce her complex carbs to 25% and the other 75% will be from simple carbs... she maintains her body weight in pro-tein grams and consumes .25 or zero fat a day.
    She uses taroxatone and caffeine for diuretics and stimulants.
    And to preserve muscle be always keep high intensity while training but cut back on sets… don’t over train while on low calories (a common mistake)
    Keep your pro-tein intake 1g x your body weight, keep away from too much complex(starchy) carbs… you will retain more water that way…
    Keep a good diuretic going through the day and use stimulates for energy boost when working out.
