need help looking to do my first cycle but very confused dont know how long to run
been traning for 3years gained 10 pounds
have good eatting habits (girlfriend is a diet consultant)
looking for a cycle on how to take all this because i read forums here that say separete them..
does this look good for first cycle? should i add anything ? or delete anything?

hi and welcome. not to be rude but i don't think I've ever met a grown man who's 110lbs. i would suggest not starting anything right now. read over how to eat to grow in the diet section, read up on test only for your first cycle, and read up on pct. all these can be found with the search tool.
this can be obtained through diet and exercise without steroids.Quote:

Your height has nothing to do with if you are ready to cycle. My buddy is 5'2 and 175lbs, ripped. I'm a full 1ft taller than him and I can't keep up with him in the gym to save my life. He started cycling at 160lbs
175 is way too much for me wont look right on me im just trying to add 15 to 20 pounds of lean muscle
anavar i heard is great for what im trying to do.
or i would just use deca and winstrol. and test pro with clomid as pct..
not looking to be a huge guy.
my diet is great i have 120 grams of protein and 3500 clean calories a day ..
i had friends in same spot iam and they bulked up with lean muscle and look good after couple of months.. why not me ????
Because you need to learn a bit more about what you are going to be doing to your body.
I'm not saying you wont benefit from aas, I'm just saying you need to know what you're doing first.
ironside i read so much.. i always had problems gaining weight even when im on high calorie diet. i push hard everyday. i just need to try and need advice. just looking to add more pounds even if its 15pounds would change my body drastic and i would love that look of veins showing and dry look from winstrol. im a very determined person just need your help on what cycle to take got the right idea but since im half the size of most i might need to take less of a dose get me? or what should my cycle look like by week? and by the way thanks for all the help means alot instead of killing me with drastic inssults
by the way im aware of the risk and running milk tussil would help liver .. just looking for something to help me gain muscle and look good i dont want to buy if im getting the wrong stuff.
