Hey guys, I am looking for a little bit of advice.

I am 19, 190lbs~ almost exactly 6 feet tall. Not sure on body fat i think about 15-20%

I have been working out for about 6 months now, I am now looking for a good boost to my mass and strength without years more of training.

I have never done steroids before so If anyone could give me advice on a good starting cycle for mass with minimum risk to liver.

Note: I had gyno as teen until about 16 and I guess I have more mid section fat than most people so I guess a good PCT will be needed just in case so any recommendations will be great.
