If you eat protein and do most cardio during the day, for 16 weeks, I'm sure you will look better then him,(except for your face) Brad doesn't have time to work out, and not willing to diet, its easy to injected.

The cycle idea is terrible no matter what exercise, nutrition and rest you get, and your sources are not reliable for proper cycle information, if thats what they are suggesting.
