Seeking advice
I am doing my research and looking into taking AAS. Been working out for almost 2 years and want tonimprove results. I have a strict diet plan. I don't want to get huge rather cut. Thinking about taking Var, Winn, and Clen orally one cycle. Any advice would be greatly appreciated? Danka

not to be rude but if you had a strict diet plan you would probably be less than 22%bf so jump into the diet forum to see what needs to change. if your not looking to put on much size but just lean up i would diet down more and then run test at 250-300mg per week with some clen . do you know about pct?

You have a lot of research to do. Short answer = not ready for steroids for quite a while.
First off, having a strict a diet and having 22% BF are mutually exclusive. I would strongly recommend you to post your diet in the diet section of the forums and have the experienced members help you get on track to get that number down to 12-14%. In addition, with that high of bodyfat your at a significantly higher risk for developing estrogen related side effects such as gyno (breasts). Secondly, muscle gain and fat loss occur throughout the body. You can't expect all the fat loss to come from your stomach/gut area right away, otherwise everyone would be walking around with a 6pack - and unfortunately in males stomach fats tends to be the last to go. Moreover, an oral only cycle is not wise because it's very hard on the liver. Furthermore, Anabolics shut down your endocrine system. That means your brain stops sending signals (FSH and LH) to your testicles and they stop functioning (producing testosterone ). This means without Testosterone in a cycle you won't have any being produced while being shut down and will suffer from such side effects.
On top of the above information, more than one compound in a first cycle can be very problematic. If you have multiple anabolics how do you expect to determine which drug is causing a side effect ? As far as training goes, although 2 years is quite a decent time frame, you still could improve a lot more naturally. Tendons and ligaments take longer to grow and develop to support increased muscle mass. For example, if your current max Squat is 315 lbs and you run Test prematurely and go up to 425+ lbs in Squat, your quads have never experienced an additional 100+ pounds and you risk seriously injuring yourself (hamstring or Achilles tendon).

Again thanks for the help. Sorry I typed it wrong but it's 12%bfi not 22%. No higher than 13. Typing fast on the iPad!
