    First Cycle (missing anything?)

    6'2
    185lb (8-9% BF)
    24 years old
    Training consistently for 4-5 years

    TEST-E 500mg a week (250mg 2 times a week) for 10 weeks

    PCT:
    Week 1-6
    Nolva (20/20/20/20/10/10)
    Clomid (100/50/50/50/50/50)
    Aromasin (5mg/5/5/5/5/5)

A friend suggested that I do not run any AI throughout the cycle unless I get gyno/sides

I think 4 weeks PCT is enough and I would run it Nolva: 40/40/20/20 and Clomid: 50/50/50/50

Your friend is right about the Aromasin during cycle and I personally would not even use it in PCT but its up to you.

the PCT is too extensive IMO for a simple test only cycle.
HCG is a necessity on cycle IMO. Makes everything that much easier
No need for AI in pct, good advice to wait untill you get sides. if gyno is ur only side then NOLVA might work also
Yes, HCG needs to be refridgerated. You can use a cooler if you need to hide it.
other than that, chemically wise you look good.

    yes^^^^^^
and gain some weight before you cycle.
im not a harp on the genetic potential band wagon, but 185 at 6,2 is far to small.

Can't say I agree on not using the AI on the cycle. With your size you would problable get some good results with a lower dose. Just heard someone saying they only used 300mg on their first. Up to you. I definatly agree with the hcg , get it, use it, love it.

I'm usually around 195-200lb, but went down to 185 for the beach season.
I dont have problems gaining weight, (ex fatass) so I was thinking of running test e starting October for a 4-5 month bulk.
I'm pretty sure I'll get to 225+, but ofcourse most of it is going to be fat/water weight. However, I expect to gain atleast twice as much lean body mass on cycle than natty.

With regard to HCG , I live with roommates and keeping it in the fridge is not to realistic for someone being discreet about AAS usage.
Also, its more injecting with a needle. I'm still kinda uncomfortable with that.
Never held a syringe in my life.
I still have lots of time to do my research tho, and perhaps change living conditions since Ill be graduating college in few weeks.
So HCG is definitely on my list

Also, I'm a runner. I usually run anywhere from 20-30 miles a week. Obviously I'm going to cut that down to 5-6 miles of slow walking during bulk.
My question is, will AAS use effect my joints, tendons and so on post cycle?
