but lats. how much can you safely inject in there? 2cc/2ml be ok?

When beginning, limit injections to 3 CC's at a time for glutes, 2 CC's for thighs and 1 - 1.5 CC's for all other spot injections
sound right about the 1.5cc for other spot injections?
probably get away with 2

Ouch, the lats.
I've done 2mls in my lats plenty of times with no problem. IMO after glutes, quads, delts pecs are the next best thing. I find lats and traps to leave me a little sore, nothing major but I can tell. JMOQuote:
