Body fat and AAS
Hey everyone as I read through the threads I've noticed several times people being told not to start a cycle with BF above 15%. I was just wondering why that is? Is it just cause that individual is obviously able to to more with a better diet and training? or is there a reason to do with the gear itself?

Chances of estro sides will be greater as well as many other things sides wise. Also how can you tell what the compounds you are using are doing to you when you have pounds of fat on top of the muscle? You can monitor your body a lot better if you have lower bf%.

The aromatase enzyme, which converts testosterone to estrogen in males, is primarily located in adipose tissue, ie. higher BF% = more estrogenic sides.

Marcus300 said this in another thread....
You need to address your bf before cycling. If you cycle with such a high bf your going to be prone to more estrogen related sides. Fat cells have more of an affinity to aromatising and when you cycle with a high bf the conversion factor of testosterone to estrogen will increase. You can also increase various other sides such as high BP and water retention etc. You diet obviously needs work so address this area first before trying any kind of anabolic support.Life is too short, so kiss slowly, laugh insanely, love truly and forgive quickly.Author Unknown
