PCT And Loss of Gains
I've done a 10 week test e 500 mg EW cycle. It was successful. I gained 9kg and I lost some fat. I've lost like 3kg so far in my pct and It's almost 3 weeks in.
I eat +5000 calories a day 8 meals a day. My pct consists of:
Clomid 100 / 50 / 50 / 50
Nolvadex 40 / 20 / 20 / 20
HCG was run throughout the cycle as well.
I feel like it's a big struggle to maintain the gains. I would just like to hear if it normal.

Yes it is normal. You might even lose another 2-4 KG before its all over. That is the bad thing about coming off AAS. This is your first cycle?

yup completely normal. I find though with prop that the pct losses are less, however the gains on cycle arent as large...
did u use hcg during ur cycle? if not you should def do it next time

why hcg during?
and i heard most lose all their gains when pct is done.

and no, you shouldnt lose all ur gains.. those who do have no self dicipline or are too past their own genetic potentional..

I did use hcg during cycle. I will probably keep 50% of it and it's my first cycle. I work hard as hell on keeping all of it.

are you still training with same intensity? I remember reading something about keeping your workouts under 45 min when coming off AS

you'll want to stimulate muscle growth, with the least ammt of cardio response. intensity, by definition, refers to the load... so increasing intensity means more weight. but you'll want to take more rest, keep your reps in the 5-10 range depending on if you're trying to retain power or size. and once your pct month is up, you should be able to increase yoru workout duration/frequency, bc you should be at stable hormone levels

it's tough to make gains while jsut off cycle... but the mental part is the worst imho... i don't want to work out without the edge from the gear- but just get in there and get it done.
look up some westside barbell training articles, and undulating periodization... put those together, and you should be able to make pct gains... in strength, if not in size
