I still don't understand the concept of taking LR3 PWO.
I'm currently doing 60mcg E4D. I figure if it's long acting than before or after shouldn't make much of a difference, however I do get more of a pump if I take it before.
So can someone explain to me why taking it PWO is beneficial especially on a e4d schedule?
