    Critique my Cutting Cycle please! And also tell me is it the Cardio a must?!

    27years Old
    Height 1.67(cm) dpnt ask me in Feet! :P
    Weight 69kg(was 56kg)
    15%Bf
    Cycle History 2bulking Cycles Before First Cutting Cycle!(This One)

    1-4Week/25mg Dbol Ed
    1-12Week/100mg Test Prop EoD
    1-10Week/100mg Tren E EoD


    Pct Clomid and Pregnyl!

    My Question is the Cardio During Cutting cycle a must?!
    My Diet is pretty Clean im taking 1600-1800Calories every Day 190-200gr Protein less than 60gr Carbs and some Good Fats(for Olive Oil Salmon Etc)

    Why are you taking dbol on a cutting cycle? Dbol holds onto water like a thirsty sponge. You're taking Test Prop, drop the dbol. You don't have to cardio if you don't want to but it really does help get rid of fat.

    Yeah you should do cardio at 15% BF. Also regardless cardio even if its low impact 3 days a week is beneficial all the time except maybe if your 4-5% and about to step on stage. LOL
