first cycle test e advice/critique

Age: 27
Height: 5' 7"
Weight: 173 lbs
BF%: ~13%
Cycle Experience: did a cycle of just anavar at 70mg a day last year for 8 weeks
Diet: eating at 500cal above maintenance so 2750 cal a day

Purpose
bulk up while not adding pounds and pounds of fat

Cycle
weeks 1-4: dbol 30mg a day
weeks 1-12: test e at 500mg a week
250mg on monday, 250mg on thurday
injecting into quads and glutes alternating between left and right sides
i have arimidex on hand incase of gyno and can do .5mg EOD if need be

PCT
started 2 weeks after last test e injection
weeks 1-2 nolva 40mg a day, clomid 100mg a day
weeks 3-4 nolva 20mg a day, clomid 50mg a day

i honestly dont know enough about HCG to be confident in using it properly. from what ive read up on it something about it just turned me off to using it. not sure exactly what

i would not use both nova and clom, I would save the clom if money is tight. I did the cycle your going but did winn for 7 wks. my pct was nova 40/40/20/20/20

HCG will keep you testicular function normal, avoiding shrinkage, and keep your sack down, you will recover way fast on PCT. Normal dose its 250uis 2xweek.

@gearbox i think ur the only person who suggested not using both nolva and clomid, not saying ur wrong

i think everything looks good i do not run HCG with my cycle and im fine i also dont believe you need 500 mg of test on first cycle trust me 300 mg will do you just fine you will grow like a weed on 300 mg maybe later down the road 3rd or 4th cycle move up too 500 mg gl on your first cycle for some reason 500 mg is the number everyone is stuck on you just dont need that much on first cycle
