1st Sus Deca cycle. Need advice on dosage and pct please.

Ive done 2 previous sustanon cycles last year and have decided to take the next step and do a sus 250 deca 300 stack.
Im startng the cycle on sunday and was thinkin 250mg sus and 150mg deca every 3.5 days for 10 weeks, does this sound right??

Ive also got some oral anabol 5mg and was gona take these along side for the 1st 3 weeks, what would be a good dosage??

And last but not least PCT i can get clomid and HCG locally will this be enuff? and how long should i take it?? i hear deca shuts you down gd and proper when coming of. Thanks in advance for your help!

Way more beginners here compared to the number of vets. Wait for one to log in who actually knows a bit about deca .

Hi,
You need to run deca 2 week short that sus, like deca 10 weeks and sus 12 week
HCG you need to run during cycle 2x250ui/week from week 1 to 12
Anadol you can run up to 50mg/day
PCT you need clomid and nolvadex .

Wouldn't that be 2500 iu's. And wouldn't he need an AI. IMO I would at least have something on had for if the sides get too bad. But you don't want to use Nolva with Deca . I think its ok to use after for pct, but not with. You may wanna research a little more. I you can do the sust more frequent also. Like eod maybe. Again do some more research.
