Should you mix different gear in the same syringe. or should you just do each one on different days.

yes, you can mix gear together as long as both types of gear are suspended in the same substance, ie oil or water. For example, you cant mix a EQ and Winny shot, but EQ and Test mix fine.

Agreed, but in a pinch you can mix water and oil gears, you just have to be careful about the pressure change when all the water gear comes out and the oil gear is left.
