    First cycle test p,test e, sust 250,tren a advice???

    Hello peeps

    Just after some cycle advice for my training partner.
    Here's his plan for a cycle

    Test p weeks 1 to 6 100mg eod
    Test e weeks 1 to 5 500mg 2 pin aweek
    Sust 250 weeks 5 to 10 250mg a week
    Tren a weeks 6 to 10 100mg e3d
    Nolva weeks 10 to 14

    That's his plan and he's set on doin that is that a good cycle ? I don't think so but he won't listen to me and I'm no expert anyways. If it's a bad cycle choice can u tell me the reasons why please

    He's 21 been trainin on and off for 3 yrs solid training for past year 71 kg 3% body fat mostly muscle for the past 3yrs he was 58kg for his job (jockey) but he's quit now hopin to to start competing in body building comps he's used dbol and test e befor but never a solid cycle he's goal is to get big and to the stage where he's ready to compete and he used tren for 3 days a while ago his height is 54 I think

    Ht??? 21 is still young.. tell him to wait for 4 years and tell him to train naturally for those four years... what do you mean by on and off training???
    And 3% bf???? lets see some pics...No hard feelings but I dont think so he can be that low on bf....

    And by on and off training he would train hard for 3months then not train at all for 2months so on and so forth and he's 5.4 ft tall

    21 is too young to be using AAS - Read all the educational stickies and post up your diet and training to be improved upon. Furthermore, you / "your friend" are NOT 3% Bodyfat, otherwise you would be competing and have veins all over the place and look unnatural. (Imagine if we got a free bottle of SERM of our choice for every time someone posted "my friend").

    Lol I'm 24 107.6 kg 14% bf 182cm tall and in my 3rd week of my cycle which is sust250 750mg a week for 12 weeks decca 300mg a week for ten weeks nolva pct been training since I was 18 boxing,football,basketball and wight training my diet could be alot better and I normally get drunk and ram as much coke up my nose as i can most weekends....... That's me...


    Now my friend
    He told me he was 3% just say he's 10% then he's pretty
    Ripped either way.. And he will do this cycle anyways I'm tellin him
    To stick wiv test e instead of 5 weeks of that and 5 weeks of sust? That right ? Or it doesn't matter ? What's some advice I can give that's not just sayin read more and wait 4 years??

    blade is that even u in that photo. yea i know who he talkin about this is him hes just under 5'9 and done 2 cycles before and was at 70 befor having 3 months of and going back down to 58.

    yea he started at 46 kg as a jockey mate wat u want heim to look like jay cuttler or sumfin lol i neva hear of some one puttin on and keeping much over 24 kg in 2 cycles like he did. and wen of partying for 3 months and lost a fair bit. he also wants to look good and make slow consistant gains. wats wrong wit dat bigd89. how many u done

    I wouldn't consider them previous cycles one was 5ml of sust and dbol and the other was test e 500mg a week but he stopped goin to the gym at week 5 anyways the cycle he's doin now is it worth it? Or should he wait till he's got enough of one type of steroid ?

    At his age, any cycle would be a bad decision. And being that he screwed his first 2 attempts at a cycle, makes it even worse. And he is more like 11% bf.

    Come on man, its obvious by the photo.. You dont even look like you lift. You look like a 15 year old.
    Clearly steroids are out of the question.
    Check diet, training, rest, supplements if needed to suplement your diet and leave the roids for later.

    No wonder he think he has a low bodyfat, there's no muscle, only skin and bones.

    I was asking for him And I think exactly what everyone else does. I'm no expert on roids yet that's prob why he doesn't listen to me but hopefully he listens to all u cheers everyone

    I hope this thread/post and picture was a troll post even with the fact given about being a jockey he should know about diet/starvation to get down to looking like an abercrombie & fitch model so common sense would tell you to gain weight/muscle eating FOOD would be a good place to start, not aas. The cycle itself is a mess and WAY to much gear.
