    a few questions about clen

    what up fellas,
    i got clen which is dosed as 200mcu/mL. im planning on using it alone along with taurine (5g ED) and Potassium (400mg ED)

    Here's my cycle
    Week 1: access myself with clen so im gonna start off with 20mcg
    Day 1 Clen (mcg)
    Day 2 20
    Day 3 20
    Day 4 40
    Day 5 40
    Day 6 40
    Day 7 60
    Day 8 60
    Day 9 60
    Day 10 80
    Day 11 80
    Day 12 80
    Day 13 100
    Day 14 100
    Day 15
    Day 16
    Day 17
    Day 18
    Day 19
    Day 20
    Day 21
    Day 22
    Day 23
    Day 24
    Day 25
    Day 26
    Day 27
    Day 28
    Day 29 60
    Day 30 60
    Day 31 60
    Day 32 80
    Day 33 80
    Day 34 80
    Day 35 80
    Day 36 100
    Day 37 100
    Day 38 100
    Day 39 120

    the day's i have no number;s next to is the off week.. im doing 2 weeks on 2 weeks off.
    and my diet is generic... 1.5g of protein per lb of body weight
    1g of carb per lb
    and .25g of fat per lb

    im going to do a 12 week cycle (2 weeks on 2 weeks off method)

    my questions are... do i have to taper off on clenn?
    and i hear bananas have about 450g of K+ per banana... can i sub bananas for the pills?
    and how's my cycle looking?

    and do i take all the dose at once or should i spread it out thru out the day?

    I'd recommend taking benadryl in your off weeks 25-50mg a day at least. Tapering the dose of clen is only to assess tolerance of the sides. I wouldn't worry as much about the potassium if you're diet already has a good amount in it

    ^^^beta 2 receptor degradation, In other words helps you keep from building a tolerance to clen and therefore increasing its effectiveness

    ill let you know how my cycle goes..
    this is probably a stupid question, i know the answer's "it depends on my diet and training" BUT how much weight does a person lose on average on a clen cycle?

    I would personally skip the benadryl. It is useless for receptor upregulation. This myth was based on some misinterpretation by Anthony Roberts of a study done on carp (yes the fish) . Add it to his long list of inaccurate psuedoscientific BS theories. The purpose of 2 weeks on / 2 off is so that upregulation occurs in the off weeks anyway.
    Results will vary and be diet and workout dependant of course. Any guess on what will be lost would be just that - a guess.

    I prefer running clen 2 on 2 off rather than a constant cycle. I also agree with the above no need to run anything in the 2 wks off
