Anavar or Win?
Im sorry if this has been asked dozens of times before, but im hoping for some help. Im 22, 220, 6'0 and around 19%. I want to cut down to 10% or so. Which would be more effective, var or win? Is it necessary to take them with test in order to achieve maximum gains, or are they sufficient on their own?
Basically, im asking which is best, and how it should be taken for maximum fat loss...
Really appreciate the help.

I would go with a low carb diet followed by a carb up every 3-4 days. Start at 4 days of cardio 30 min then move up to 6 days a week to 45 min at a good walking pace not to fast. Cut your calories down and lower as needed. You can even throw in an EC stack to help with progress. You can use diet and cardio to get to an easy 12-13% or hell even 10% if you have a brain.
No need for gear man, your only 22 wait a few more years and during this time learn how to diet properly.

With all due respect to the people looking out for the younger roid users, if a guy has decided to use then he's decided to use. Instead of counseling him why he shouldn't, why don't we just answer his question??
I was glad to see this topic at the top of the board since I logged on to ask precisely the same question.
I'm an amateur fighter and want to get stronger but don't want to add any size or use anything that's rough on the joints. BJJ and wrestling is tough enough on them.
I understand Anavar is expensive, but if price has zero impact on someone's decision, which compound would you guys prefer for fighting?
Good thread.

thanks, and appreciate the honest answer. I have been trying to get down below 15% for a long time, however, i have been un-successful. I cardio a lot (mtb, run and play soccer) and definitely watch my calories, but ive found that i cannot cut that last bit of fat down, and any time i go even lower on cals, my muscles start atrophying, and i get smaller, while my problem areas stay the same...
so yea, i can cut down, but not to where id like... thats why im hoping that maybe win or var is what im looking for.

Simply put... Because we don't have to... Honestly.. Im glad people gave me the same lesson when I first came on here 10 years ago.. Everyone told me the same thing.. And I waited.. If people answered me I would of been injecting at 22 years old as well.. just like my friends.. who now many of them have issues.... Mostly due to inexperience, but still..

alright, thanks guys. I guess ill just wait it out then. The reason i didnt think it would be a big deal is because most people i know that have taken anabolics have all been my age or even younger, so i figured its ok to start this young. Thanks for the help, will just keep a strict diet and do the best i can.
