Im currently preparing for a pound for pound bench press competition in August.
190lbs currently and pressing it 21 times. My goal is 30 reps.
On Test Cyp 200mg per week.
I was toldl to start Anidrol, yet I dont want to add to much weight, just strenght. Or I have to press more at the competition.
Should i be taking Anidrol for more strength, if so, how much (50mg/day)? and for what duration (weeks) prior to the event.
