    making sure my injectable winstrol is clean.

    can i just add 0.5ml of benzyl alcohol to the vial in order to sterilise it? or can i pasteurize it in the oven without destroying the molecule?

    Autoclaving is your best bet.
    Just get a pressure cooker/canner and set it at 15psi for 20-30 minutes. Don't vent the vial.

    why do you feel your winny needs to be cleaned?
    You can re-filter it into a new sterile vial
