whats your opinions on what a newb should expand to next?
I've heard tren is NOT for beginners so i beg the question what is a typical order newbies (on average) should travel?!?

Dbol/Tbol and Proviron are good next steps.
I'm not asking so much for myself. When i talk to my friends they are all newbies like me and at most two cycles or less under thier belts. I'm just curious what people think a natural progression is.
Me personally i did 1 10 week cycle test 500mg/wk.. literally gained no weight. i was about 20ish bf before i started and i just lost fat and gained muscle. it wasn't an ideal scenario but much was learned. my bench increased 90lbs and i put a little over an inch on each bicep and some size on my traps and chest.
what i'm asking is this:
If i have done the mandatory cycle and i want to do a cycle for
A:Bulk
b:Cut
what should i venture off to next.
one of my friends is considering the jump right into a tren/test cycle. i'm trying to get facts to help him understand what he is getting into.

It Depends on your goals.
Example. Winstrol will help you cut while androl will make you gain. Its up to you how ever some of these are not for beginners and i would advise you to look at this chart which clearly show the effects of each steroid. OP has completely ignored stats request. This should be a red flag. Not hating...just saying.
If you really want to know my stats check some old posts... i'm not asking for cycle advice... i'm just trying to figure out what the typical progression people take in dealing with compounds.
aka
they don't typically do 1 10 week of test then on there next cycle jump feet first into tren/test/anavar cycle or some crazy shit...
so like i've been trying to ask but everyone avoids.. what would you consider a natural progression?

Test first.
If you didn't use an oral in your first cycle, you can't start adding an oral in on your second. Oral of choice will be dependent on your goals.
Deca is a good next step, less harsh than tren, and gives the user a good introduction to 19nors.

My stats are currently 255lbs at the end of my PCT
I'm guessing most of my weight drop has been water since my lifts are the same as when i was on cycle if not up a bit on a few exercises. I do however have alot more definition now then before.
now back on track..
So what your saying is i can never do orals if i didn't do them in my very first cycle? If this IS what you are saying where does that logic come from? I've never heard that before
I've personally been weighing in my head to either front load an 8 week cycle (test E) relative to the slingshot system that ronnie swears by or don't front load and ad an oral.
But ultimately the point of this thread was to help inform my friends who want more mass or more "cut" what a likely compund to try would be rather then turn a deaf ear to a 5'8" 150lb guy wanting to do;
Deca 200mg/wk 1-12
test e 750mg/wk 1-14
tren e 200mg/wk 8-12
Dbol 40mg/day wk 1-4

I'd recommend checking out the main page rather than the forum. Lots of useful information.....including cycle types. But if you havent figured it out, you're not getting anything unless you post your stats.
If you wanna cut just do it naturally you dont NEED steroids to get sliced. And if you wanna bulk add an oral such as Dbol/Tbol. You can gain alot off just orals and test. Also if you didnt grow off 500mg of test you probably should have a look at your diet as that is basically 90% of the process. If you dont eat to your TDEE + you wont gain anything you also wont keep anything as your TDEE changes as you add or subtract muscle.
But when it comes down to it its all about what you want do you wanna get sliced or put on mass? You cant do both at the same time so choose accordingly
